I rather like this years HGTV home in New Mexico. Normally I find the homes to be too over done especially in the color category, but this one fits me to a tee. Wouldn't it be lovely to sit around that outdoor fire pit?
my years of living in NM were heaven. I miss it drastically. love the color there! love the air. love the smell of sage. We are goin gfor spring break, can't wait. Great house! amy
I love this home too! You're right, it isn't overdone like some of their previous homes. It's like they finally took a step back and made it "livable", I would let my kids run without worrying about them messing up the decor :)
i love the blues and corals of the west but don't really want a western theme - this one does a great job of being minimalist but beautiful and welcoming at the same time.
I agree - hello, butler's pantry! I especially like the $500k they're throwing in to cover property taxes. But they could have left out the hostess's SW fashion montage.
I like it!! Especially the dining room... I'm actually about to go to Santa Fe tomorrow for work. I'm hoping to come back with some New Mexico influences... in moderation ofcourse :) xoRH
i have to win this house. i swear, i would pack it all up and go live there in a heartbeat. i am sure i am not alone in this thought, but I WANT THIS HOUSE....................... BADLY.
Amazing, really elegant and chic!
