This home is another local real estate find. For the actual locals it's in Homewood. I feel like this home must belong to someone who loves design, maybe a young designer or a wanna be like me? All the lighting quickly grabs my attentions. I wouldn't mind a close up of the dining room chandelier and sconces. For me lighting is so important. It can definitely make or break a room. I also love how clutter free each space is which in turn helps all the stunning antique pieces stand out, of course this could have been done for staging purposes but I doubt it with all the attention to detail this home possesses.Want more info on this home? I will be more than happy to send out the listing agents info.
I agree. You can tell there was a thought process behind each furniture piece, accessory, etc. V. sweet!
ReplyDeleteVery cute house! I love everything about it.
ReplyDeleteBelieve I could make this work. Love.
ReplyDeleteThe lighting fixtures and the bedroom are my favorites. I agree this isn't just staging - there is good taste there!
ReplyDeleteI saw this house on the MLS the other day and loved it. It's so cute and the interiors are fabulous!
ReplyDeleteI think its kinda fun to peak around MLS and see the inside of homes. This is a fun one! thanks.
ReplyDeleteI like the self or maybe not self portrait in the bedroom. A punch of personality.
ReplyDeleteL.
Lots of good details here and you're right...the lighting is certainly a standout! I also really love the tiny mirror above the scalloped upholstered bed. Terrific...
ReplyDeleteFrom one "wanna be designer" to another...the home is lovely and the person did a great job decorating it.
ReplyDeleteI really like this...so fresh!
ReplyDeletelove this home. Love the pendants in the kitchen.
ReplyDeleteLovely - so fun to see small homes designed so well. Makes me want a little cottage.
ReplyDeleteLove it. Especially that zebra rug. Wonder if they upgraded it enough to make the closets bigger? That's my main problem with those houses in Homewood - teeny tiny closets.
ReplyDeletelove the layout and the outside. the use of light and the zebra rug but i'm over upholstered big headboards...mmm but i could picture what all i would want to do to it. :)
ReplyDeleteOh lighting. How I long for a house. Windows. Light fixtures. Sigh.
ReplyDeletevery pretty and not overly-designed, you know? definitely could be a young designer! office looks like it to me (though I'm sure it's been cleared of a lot of things for the photos)
ReplyDeletevery cute. makes me miss our little southern house
ReplyDeleteThat's just a little bit of perfection there! Lovely.
ReplyDeleteVery nice. I love the home office. So simple...and of course the zebra rug....is so chic!
