After seeing some gorgeous bicycle baskets over on Suann's blog I had to explore some more. I clicked on over to a very nice bicycle shop called Adeline Adeline and low and behold they had a bicycle named the Klassic Paula. Is it meant to be? Well, no I can't afford it, but it sure is nice to look at.
Everytime we visit Seaside, I swear I'm going to buy a bike when I get home, but never do. I need to.....

i've wanted a new bike for ages and have been drooling over the old fashioned bicycles with baskets... much like the klassic paula! like you, it's out of my price range, but i did find a pretty cool one at LL Bean for $299. haven't bought it yet, but i'm thinking about it!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great bike! I would love to have a bike like that here in England but everyone rides their bikes around town and lots of them get stolen:( I dream of having a big ol' american cruiser like I used to have, one day....

ReplyDeleteGreat bike Paula. Now the weather is nicer, Ruby and I spend most days out and about on my Trek bike. Its one of the best things about living in NL. Ruby sits up front saying hi to everyone we pass and waving. Shopping goes in the basket and paniers. its the easiest way around town. No traffic. Stopping right outside all the places we want to go and good exercise too.
