It's Snowing!

You heard me right, it's snowing in the South. This is little man and little lady's first big snow experience. We had tiny flurries last year, but nothing like this. We even got them up early so they wouldn't miss all the excitement. Who knows how long this will last. Some of you may be laughing at our "huge" amount, but for us this is huge! I hope to one day show the kiddos "real" snow. It's really only fitting since hubby is from Colorado and I am from Massachusetts. Here is our crazy experience...

Now to go make snow angels and have a snowball fight with the kiddos. Hope your weekend is as fabulous as mine!

oh, soooo cute! Our snow just cleared up here in vancouver. I'm sad about that! Even though snow causes chaos sometimes, there's something so beautiful about it and the quiet it creates. Glad your weekend has been full of fun, mine has been nice as well but has gone by far too fast~

It looks like you guys had as much fun as we did! It was fun, but, I am ready for some warm weather. "They" say it will be 70 by the end of the week! How crazy?!?!

Haha, that's so cute! I remember how excited I used to get at the prospect of snow. Here in Virginia, we're covered in it, too!

How much fun to see your little ones' first experience with snow! I loved how Ellie didn't want to take her hands out of her pockets and seemed a bit shy about the snow, while KJ was off exploring the yard.

I miss the days when I was excited about snow. We got hit pretty hard on Long Island in NY on Monday. About a foot where I live? 60 mph wind gusts? At least today is sunny, though freezing, so shoveling the driveway and clearing off my car weren't *so* bad!
