You are so right... and even better... I have a sweat almost exactly like this. Same color exactly! I've been pairing it with jeans (so safe!) but I love the idea of white shorts and the long strand necklace.

I agree a white tank underneath would be perfect, and could match it up with a white skirt or a pair of white cotton capri, that would make the perfect spring outfit.
