One Level Living

In the April issue of Dwell I came across this amazing home re.do. It needed tons of work, but the owners kept the same layout which I adore. Around here there are not too many homes like this. I would love to build one just like it one day. I absolutely love the covered court yard and how all the main rooms open up to it. I am a ranch style kind of girl and this home fits me perfectly, now to just move in our own furniture. We are also a family who needs tons of seating.

One level homes are the best - especially with little kids running around. I dream of having a court yard (covered or not) one day!

Wow - I love this house and the fact that they kept the same layout, but how amazing is the updates? I could spend all my afternoons in that sunroom (the 2nd image).

This house really is beautiful...I would love to have such a open home someday. But I must say if I could just own the cooper mini in the driveway I would jump for the chance. That is definitely my dream car.....Thanks for sharing and for always stopping by me and my sisters blog we love to read your sweet comments and know at least one person is reading!
