I have seen this little bakery around blog land lately and I really can not get enough of it. Unfortunately the shop is in Bovina, New York so I must admire from a far. The owners Taylor, a former model now pastry chef, and Joshua, a photographer among other things, set up shop in July 2006. Isn't it ever so lovely...

my good friend owns a bakery and it is HARD work! she came in at 1 am the other morning and i didn't leave until after 5 pm. yuck...but the food is divine.
OOhh yum! I love bakeries. And this one looks like a winner. Be nice to go for a walk then stop past this bakery on the way home.
I'm with you, owning my own little bakery would be so sweet. Too bad I'm not that great a baker. Oh dear.
