I was so very excited when the lovely ladies of Fiddlesticks and Funny Girls posted photos of this amazing home. They also posted photos of Iris's (Kate Winslet's) home in case you want to take a gander.

Looks so beautiful and relaxing!
ReplyDeleteI love The Holiday. Personally, I would move into Iris' home in one second and I don't think I would change a thing, except, I might like that pool, fitness room, and kitchen. Hmm, can I have both? Those houses are really like the best of both worlds.
ReplyDeletekate winslets house is adorable and sooo her!

I can see why! I love it, too. I've been meaning to watch that movie forever, but it always seems to slip my mind. I'm heading to Netflix immediately. THANK YOU!
ReplyDeleteThe thing I loved most about her comfy bedroom was the remote control curtains!
ReplyDeleteI love that movie! And I adore Amanda Woods' house in that movie. And I always thought Iris' house was very cute too.

ReplyDeletelove all of those lanterns!
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen The Holiday ... may have to grab it from the Red Box one night when hubby's not home.
So hard to choose. Each house appeals to a different part of my personality. I think I would want the "city" house for the day to day, but the "country" house for romantic weekends. Perfect balance.
ReplyDeleteShe is great.. What a nice place.
ReplyDeleteIt is crazy how much I love that house!
ReplyDeleteI love this house. I posted on this a while ago and it's such a perfect house. Cute blog.
ReplyDeleteI love these houses - such clean lines, so beautiful. I did like seeing the contrast of both those homes from the movies, so fun.
