A Lovely Renovation

This style of home is not what I would initially gravitate towards, but something about has me hooked. The painted white floors are worn in just enough, the salvaged pieces used in different ways is something I just adore, oh and let's not forget to mention all the fabulous lighting. I think what makes this place not feel too weathered for my taste is the use of photography. The pieces really stand out and give a slightly more modern feel. Oh, and the sink into me for hours furniture and that tub, well they don't hurt matters either.

Love these Paula! Working with gray and muted tones in my historic apartment.

Very comforting. Stop by the studio today--I think you might like my shots...did em myself..getting my camera mojo on! Makes me nervous....

your site looks so lovely-love the colors!

Beautiful! However, I wonder how that new look will work out with the beautiful dark chocolate lab I spied on the floor....

I wish I could do more white in my house, but we have a chocolate spaniel. What little white we have is strewn with little brown spaniel hairs :(

love the house but i couldn't live full time with the lack of color. eventually i know some would creep in for me. but yes, i love the worn and previously loved pieces and the use of BW photography throughout.
