Katie Lee and Sagaponack

After seeing a party feature with Katie Lee in the December issue of InStyle I knew I had to see more. She was dressed beautifully whipping up something in a kitchen that made me stop and stare. I did a bit a sleuthing and came across this home. It is a former home of Billy Joel's and her's when they were still together. It is on the market for a mere $22.5 million. It looks like a lovely place for a get together.

I love the soaring sense of space, the beautifully stenciled floors, the dainty upholstered dining chairs, and the kitchen, yeah, that's not bad either. ;0).

I had no idea they were no longer together.

it's so majestic, I could pick out something superb from each photo. And a mere 22.5 mill? Pocket change :)

Wow. Gorgeous home. Love the huge open kitchen and the high ceilings with exposed beams. I'd also like to have those two elephants on the table in the second photo.

Those floors made my heart skip a beat!!! The best I've ever seen. I just love it...the whole darn thing. Maybe we should all pool our money together and use it as our own private hotel. I'm guessing at least 3-4 families could stay there at once, right?!

I love how they made a beach house look not to beachy. Do you know what I mean? Some of the colors were unexpected and it breathed something fresh into their home. It's both beautiful and available? Ha. Now if only I won the lottery....

Oh my word I just went to the sight to see if I could see bigger pictures because I am in love. All of the flooring, the furniture, the neutrals with splashes of oranges, the kitchen ceiling, really? I'll be saving this one to my files for sure do thanks for sharing.

Love the house on the hill photo! This is so airy and gorgeous! On a side note, she's way cuter than Billy Joel...even if he does sing/play with the best.

I love when a kitchen is so big you could do cartwheels in it. What an incredible house. Those sliding doors to the bathroom are too gorgeous. Would love to move in to this place.

WOW! Love the whole home but that bathroom (the color, the doors, that tub) are just divine. Now if only I had an extra 22 mil lying around:)

So funny, after looking at her new book today, I came home and did some "sleuthing" too. I've had a bit of a girl crush on her since I saw her home back in Domino, but this just is incredible! Oh, that fete you could have in a place like that!!

I usually don't like homes that large, like them cozy! Anyway, this house is an exeption. It is decorated beautifully, love that kitchen setup...oh my!
