A Local Home

The blog for Tracery Interiors turned me on to a new local magazine B-Metro. A home that they worked on was featured and I must say I am in love. This is one of the finest renovations I have seen and it's local. Now to the lovely men who own this home... may I come over for a cup of tea? Okay, okay what I really want to say is can I come over and drool over your gorgeous home?

Want some more goodness?... they have a blog that goes through the process of this home renovation. Be sure to visit 11 Bonita Drive.

wow, this is stunning, hard to pick my favorite part. It would be a toss up between that amazing library with the baby grand piano and the kitchen!

Oh my goodness. This house has got to be perfection with all of it's beautiful attention to detail. The scallops on the fireplace send me over the moon. Oh and the beam ceilings? Could there be a prettier house?
I think not.
Off to look at the attached blog and visit 11 Bonita Drive again. Be still my beating heart.

I have never seen that amazing establishment! I think I might save it as my screen saver. I want a new house.

Thanks so much for reposting this...one of my favorite things I've ever worked on! We have to give much of the credit to the homeowners who furnished the home themselves and were on site every day during construction--there's nothing better than clients with exquisite taste!

OK. I was wrong. The scalloped goodness is not a fireplace... on closer inspection I see that it is the range in the kitchen. My heart is still all a pitter-patter.
I went over to the 11 Bonita blog and saw how they arrived at many of the choice editing decisions. Oh my. The master bedroom may be too good to be true.

I live in a Spanish revival house in Texas and will Bookmark this fine blog link for inspiration.

Me again.

I'm just absolutely blown away by the very Moroccan-looking kitchen, the long gorgeous table, and the plate room (is that what it is?). This whole house is just so well thought out and organized (I love me some good organization). I'd happily move in.

HYello guys, i am the one of the owners of 11 Bonita Drive. Thank you so much for posting this and all of the king comments. I post on www.11bonita.com more often now that I am home working writing through April.

You find the best homes. This one has plenty of wonderful places to hang out. The bathroom is utterly amazing and the sunlight pouring through the windows. Beautiful.

This is a really lovely home. But you know what I like best? That you can tell it's a real home where real people live? Where's the tell? The row of sneakers that don't quite fit in their shelf and how the laces are undone. Love it.

I wish I could have a home like this some day ........

I saw it in the magazine as well! You know if you move over here, we could drive by a lot. Or go sell Girl Scout cookies to them and somehow talk our way in!:)

I just cannot stop looking at that pantry - I so wish we had built one into our home. My mother-in-law has a brilliant one and I am in love with Nora's in Brothers and Sisters. I would have this one anyday - just amazing!
And organised shoes - heaven!
