For Sale

I love to browse real estate especially real estate that I can not afford, maybe it's the dreamer in me. Anyway I came across this home in Rosemary Beach real estate. It is owned by the woman of South of the Market and it was featured in Coastal Living some time last year. I love getting to see more of this gorgeous beach home and if any of you have an extra 5 million lying around then yes I would love to visit anytime. Oh, and it does come furnished which makes me giddy.

This is just beautiful! And it comes furnished?!? I only wish I could afford to sign on the dotted line (though those lines are rarely dotted). That courtyard is just a dream!

Lovely home. The kitchen island is just dreamy.

Well, this is great news. I think I can afford the kitchen-- and since it's is roughly the size of my downstairs, I will just live in it and forget the pesky necessities like bathrooms and living room. Thanks for sharing this lovely home!

You're killing me here, Paula. I know exactly which home you speak of. I think Kay Douglass is amazingly talented. If you are ever in Atlanta, South of Market should not be misses. She does the most incredible things with found objects. Sigh. I'm going to go rifle under my sofa cushions...you never know...

Where did you find those slim benches at the foot of the bed?

Thanks!

It's beautiful! It's definitely a 'in my dreams' type of house. It's nice to pretend though :)

It's right near the beach which is just perfect!

Have you seen the latest property by the same developers right near Rosemary Beach?? It's called Alys Beach and it's the first "green" development - i think in the country?? I've been there and it's truly AMAZING!! Makes Rosemary look ordinary!! Google Alys Beach and check out their website.... So beautiful!
