Fit for a Princess
As soon as I saw this room over on the Tracery Interiors blog I knew I would have to ask if I could repost it on my blog. Although this room is meant to be for a little girl I know if my little Ellie or I had it we would be equally as happy. Their children rooms air more on the sophisticated side and that is what I love. I personally love a room that can grow with a child and the only changes that need to be made is the toys of choice. The first two images are of a large hallway at the top of the stair's and is used as a playroom. I am so borrowing the peg idea to hang all of Ellie's little princess dresses. Doug and Paige did a fabulous job on this home to see the other daughter's bedroom and to get more information on this room be sure to go here.

Oh Paula - this is definitely one of those 'print off and file away' posts - I wholeheartedly agree - isn't that bed just the most adorable thing ever! Wow gorgeous xx
I love this room. I will definitely be filing this away. So cute.
If I were single I'd have this as my room. It's lovely and a great choice of colours.
I. Love. It. I am not a princess, nor or my sons, but that doesn't mean we don't want this room!
How perfect! and those pegs to hang dress up clothes...perfect!!!
I love this room and have saved it in my 'one day' file!
It's beautiful...love the way they hung the dresses up...so girly!!
How cute! I love that bulletin board!

I had the same reaction to these photos - just breathtaking. I filed these away in my inspiration file!
every little (or not so little) girl should have a room like that. gorgeous!

I loved this post by Tracery Interiors - as the mother to girls who will be getting new rooms next year, it was very inspirational!
Great to find your blog through Tracery's link to you on Facebook.
the pink piano is priceless!!
LOVE..off to check them out! xo
There work is amazing!!!! I LOVE this room!
Darling!!! I love the girlishness of the floral euro shams on the bed contrasted with the black chalkboard wall. Thanks for sharing Paula!

Even though I'm approaching 30, I still dream of being a princess :) -- love these!
Adorable. I just did a post on my inspiration for our nursery.
There's nothing I don't love. The sophisticated dove grey with the soft pink, the french pieces, the dark floors...I need to have another little girl-eldest would never let me do something so utterly feminine for her.
It's perfect, isn't it? Those dressmaker details, oh my!
this is so darling! Momma would be jealous if this were my daughter's room!
Love the hanging princess dresses and the gilded frame painted pink. Think I may be borrowing that idea soon.
I would have been so thrilled as a child to have this room. It's gorgeous. I love their work.
Oh so adorable! I cannot wait to design a kids room!
oh it's just gorgeous!
Lovely little girl's room. What a lucky girl, bet she feels like a princess!!
I'm not a pink girl, but that is THE perfect color pink for a little girls room!
