GROWING

I am feeling a bit uninspired as of late. We are going through a time of change and uncertainty. Hopefully after today and a few meetings things will be a bit clearer. I am one of those who enjoys knowing the future of life, but that can not always be the case. So I am once again having to reaffirm my faith in the Lord. Of course, that makes this the best place to be. Thankfully I have these two to keep me on my toes...

{we call him buggy}

{a bit of sweet sass}

And this one to do this thing we call life hand in hand...

{a pic taken by the family of one of our brides, love them}

Oh, and for those who are wondering I am a mere 5'3 on a good day and the husband is a good 6'7. I always forget the height difference until I see a pic like this. We are quite ridiculous.

i always start typing and then realize that the commenter (or is it commentator?) before me said the same thing...but in this case I do have to say you guys are adorable. I hope all is well. Uncertainty can be difficult and sometimes it leads to change but change can be good!

A wonderful family you have my friend. I can relate to knowing the comfort of my future too. Having a strong foundation of faith and a circle around you called family will keep you strong for the uncertain things in life. xo

You are the cutest, littlest thing ever! Good luck with your "uncertainty". I am sending good thoughts your way...

XOXO

PS. I had originally put "change" in quotes and then realized it sounded like I was wishing you good luck with menopause-Bahahahah!

You are all too cute! I hope your uncertainty is lifted. I hate feeling that way too. We are in a constant state of uncertainty because of my husband's career track and it leading us to move way more than my babies should. But I am in no way worse off than other families. I am constantly praying and seeking the answers, but I am grateful for my gifts too.

Oh Paula...I am right there with you! We too are going through some changes - which could mean a new job for my husband, new home, new location...so I will send up some prayers for you! By the way, I am 5'4" (on a good day as well) and my husband is 6'4"...Our wedding day might be the only time I've worn 3"heels in my life!!!

I'm a fan of the height difference and love that you say 5'3" on a good day. I've been saying that height for myself for years...despite what the doc says when he measures me.

Keep that smile on your face :)

You four are the cutest! Cutest! I don't like that unsettled feeling at all either! I have close friends who are great at taking life as it comes at them, by the seat of their pants, this is so not me! Hope you get to see the light of day soon and that all your hope and dreams are realized!

I hope your answer is quick in the making and peace follows just as quickly. I love the size disparity between you and the mister. You make the sweetest pair. I was sure you were even smaller. He is positively gigantic! ;0). At 5'1 I usually look up to everyone.

Take care and big hugs-nelya

Hey Paula, it's Brenna (from Colorado). I love reading your blog. I had to laugh when seeing you call KJ buggy... that is what we've been calling our little guy since he was just teeny tiny. So funny.
We can relate to those uncertain times in life...hang in there and remember God sees the grander scale of it all. Oh, the stretching of faith!

I am also 5'3 on a good day! (:

All men have a sweetness in their life. That is what helps them go on. It is towards that they turn when they feel too worn out.

Ridiculously CUTE! I cam empathize with the feelings of anxiety over the unknown. We're dealing with quite a bit of that ourselves over here. I sit and relish the blessings of the known and pray for patience with the fuzziness of the unknown!
